Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan prestasi kerja para karyawan pada perusahaan pt. kimia farma medan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi product moment, diketahui bahwa tedapat hubungan signifikan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan prestasi kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi berarti hasil ini mengartikan bahwa semakin tinggi iklim organisais maka semakin tinggi pula prestasi kerja. Sebaliknya semakin rendah iklim organisasi maka semakin rendah pula prestasi kerja. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational climate and work performance of employees at PT. field chemistry. Based on the results of the analysis using the product moment correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate and work performance. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient, meaning that this result means that the higher the organizational climate, the higher the work performance. On the other hand, the lower the organizational climate, the lower the work performance. |
