Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Gaya kepemimpinan dengan loyalitas anggotta pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Bener Meriah Sumatera Utara. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positive Gaya kepemimpinan dengan loyalitas anggota Dengan asumsi bahwa semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan maka semakin tinggi juga loyalitas anggota,sebaliknya juga semakin buruk gaya kepemimpinan maka semakin rendah juga loyalitas anggota.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala model likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang. Berdasarkan analisis data, Gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi terhadap loyalitas anggota sebesar 46,5%, dapat diketahui bahwa mean empirik variabel persepsi gaya kepemimpinan adalah 29,45. Sedangkan untuk variabel loyalitas anggota mean empiriknya adalah 76,02, dengan nilai SD nya sebesar 14,895. Artinya gaya kepemimpinan dalam organisasi himabem-su tergolong buruk dan loyalitas anggota rendah. This research aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and Member loyalty to the Bener Meriah North Sumatra Student Association. Hypothesis In this research, there is a positive relationship between leadership style and member loyalty Assuming that the better the leadership style then The higher the member loyalty, the worse the style leadership, the lower the loyalty of members. Type of research used is quantitative research with a correlational approach, with techniques data collection using a Likert model scale. Sampling technique using total sampling with a sample size of 60 people. Based on data analysis, leadership style contributes to member loyalty by 46.5%. It can be seen that the empirical mean of the leadership style perception variable is 29.45. Meanwhile, for the member loyalty variable, the empirical mean is 76.02, with an SD value of 14.895. This means that the leadership style in the himabem-su organization is classified as poor and member loyalty is low.
