dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kontribusi kualitas kehidupan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja. Sebagai subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru di SD Sutomo 1, Jalan Jambi No.40 B Medan, Kotamadya Medan. Sesuai dengan teori yang digunakan, maka diajukan hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi : 1 ). Ada kontribusi antara kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap semangat kerja guru-guru SD Sutomo 1 Medan. 2). Ada kontribusi antara lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja guru-guru SD Sutomo 1 Medan. 3) Ada kontribusi antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan lingkungan kerja, yang secara bersama-sama berkontribusi terhadap semangat kerja guru-guru SD Sutomo 1 Medan. Dalam upaya untuk membuktikan hipotesis, maka digunakan metode analisis data Analisis Regresi Berganda. Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan koefisien Freg = 37,756 dimana p < 0,050. Ini menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semangat kerja pun akan tinggi. 2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka diketalmi ba11wa kontribusi kualitas kehidupan kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang memberikan sumbangan sebesar 41 ,4 % terhadap semangat kerja. 3). Kontribusi variabel Kualitas Kehidupan kerja (XI) terhadap Semangat Kerja adalah sebesar 20,8%, dan kontribusi lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap Semangat Kerja adalah sebesar 20,6%. 4). Hasil lain diperoleh bahwa subjek penelitian ini para guru di SD Sutomo 1 Medan memiliki kualitas kehidupan kerja yang tergolong tinggi, nilai empirik 59,00 dan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya 45, lingkungan kerja yang tergolong baik nilai rata-rata/mean empiriknya 42,47 dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya 35 dan semangat kerjanya tinggi 44,17 dan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 35. Dari hasil ini juga diketahui bahwa masih ada 58,6 % faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi semangat kerja pada guru di SD Sutomo 1 Medan.. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to look at the contribution of quality of work life and working environment on morale. As the subjects in this study were teachers in Sutomo 1 primary school at Jl. Jambi No.40, Medan. In accordance with the theories used, the proposed research hypotheses, which reads: 1). There is a contribution of the quality of work life on teachers' morale. 2). There is a contribution of the working environment on teachers' morale. 3) There is a contribution between the quality of work life and working environment which together contribute on teachers' morale. In an attempt to prove the hypothesis, we used the multiple regression analysis as the data analysis method. After analyzing the data, the following results obtained : 1) There is the influence of the quality of work life and the working environment on morale. This is shown by the coefficient Freg = 37.756 where p <0.050. This indicates that the higher quality of work life, and the better work environment, the morale will be high. 2) Based on these results, it is knmvn that the contribution of quality of work life and working environment, which contribute 41.4% of morale. 3). The contribution of the variable quality of working life (XI) on Morale was 20.8%, and contribution to the working environment (X2) on Morale was 20.6%. 4). Other results found that the subjects of this study has the quality of work life which is relatively high, empirical value 59.00 and the average hypothetic value 45, the working environment which is fair mean value 42.47 with an average hypothetic value 35 and high morale which alued of 44.17 and the average value of the hypothetical 35.
