dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kohesi kelompok kerja, dan premi panen secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan panen kelapa sawit di Unit Usaha Dolok Ilir PTPN IV. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitiannya adalah survey. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 76 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan, variabel lingkungan kerja, kohesi kelompok kerja dan premi panen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan panen pada Unit Usaha Dolok Ilir PTPN IV. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,894 berari bahwa pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja, kohesi kelompok kerja dan premi panen terhadap perubahan kepuasan kerja karyawan panen pada Unit Usaha Dolok Ilir PTPN IV adalah sebesar 89,4%.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aims of study to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, work group cohesion, and harvesting premium partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of harvesting employee of palm oil at Dolok Ilir Business Unit of PTPN IV. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by simple random sampling method, 76 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results shows that partially and simultaneously, the work environment, work group cohesion and harvest premiums variables had a positive and significantly impact on job satisfaction of harvesting employee of palm oil at Dolok Ilir Business Unit of PTPN IV. The determination coefficient value of 0.894 means that the influence of work environment, work group cohesion and harvest premiums variables to changes the job satisfaction of harvesting employee of palm oil at Dolck Ilir Business Unit of PTPN IV amounted to 89.4%.en_US
