Abstract:	Violent theft is one of the sickness of society that is united with evil, which in the historical process of generations of evil turns out to be a crime that harms and tortures others. The problem in this research is how the role of police agains criminal act of theft with violence in Ptamubak police, what are the factors causing the crime of theft with violence in Patumbak police and what is the obstacle of police in handling criminal act of theft with violence in Patumbak Police Region.
Description:	Pencurian dengan kekerasan merupakan salah satu penyakit masyarakat yang meninggal dnegan kejahatan, yang dalam proses sejarah dari generasi kegenerasi ternyata kejahatan tersebut merupakan kejahatan yang merugikan dan menyikasa orang lain. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peranan kepolisian terhadap tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan di Polsek Patumbak, apakah faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan di Polsek Patumbak dan apakah hambatan Kepolisian dalam menangani tindak pidanan pencurian dengan kekerasan di wilayah Polsek Patumbak.
