Konflik Transportasi Konvensional dengan Transportasi Berbasis On-Line di Kota Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Studi Kasus Konflik antara Gojek Versus Becak Bermotor)

Abstract

The development of technology and information is currently popular in the community by using a network of internet-based applications so that the public can generally find out information through social media so that entrepreneurs make an on-line application that is highly needed by the business competition community that occurs and when this is being hotly contested is the competition between motorized rickshaws where they compete to get the same customers. this competition often occurs to cause casualties, news about business competition often fills the mass media as consumption of warm news. it can be said that competition this is a consequence of the economic needs of the lower middle class so that they are willing to conflict for reasons of unfair business competition. the legal basis of on-line transportation itself is not yet regulated as a law, meaning the central government delegates the arrangement of on-line transportation regulations delegated to the regions. due to the many conflicts that occur in the field due to this problem, the becak drivers are constrained often occurs as a result of very rapid social change among the community with the presence of on-line base transportation in the city of medan.
