Abstract: | This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction at employees of Bank Mestika Dharma Katamso Branch. Job satisfaction is the attitude or feeling of a person to view his job as a matter of being satisfied and dissatisfied, happy or unhappy that concerns a person's feelings of employees or employees for all the work they receive. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 35 people, the sampling technique was the total sampling method. This study uses a Likert scale model. The analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation. The results of this study indicate the rxy correlation coefficient = 0.861 with p = 0,000 (p < 0.050), meaning that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction. With these results, the hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between the organizational climate and acceptable job satisfaction. The positive correlation coefficient indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the higher the organizational climate, the higher job satisfaction. Organizational climate provides an effective contribution of 74.1% on job satisfaction and 25.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as salary factors, company characteristics etc. The empirical mean of job satisfaction variable was 127.94 while the empirical mean of organizational climate variable was 126.60, then for the hypothetical mean variable job satisfaction was 107.5 and the hypothetical mean organizational climate variable was 105. Reviewing the results of the study was declared acceptable. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Bank Mestika Dharma Cabang Katamso. Kepuasan kerja adalah sikap atau perasaan seseorang untuk memandang pekerjaannya seperti hal puas dan tidak puas, senang atau tidak senang yang menyangkut perasaan seseorang pekerja atau pegawai atas segala hasil kerja yang diterima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model skala likert. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,861 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,050), artinya ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Dengan hasil tersebut, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif iklim organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi positif menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan kedua variable adalah positif, artinya semakin tinggi iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Iklim organisasi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 74,1% pada kepuasan kerja dan sebesar 25,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu seperti factor gaji, karakteristik perusahaan dll. Mean empiric variable kepuasan kerja yang diperoleh yaitu 127,94 sedangkan mean empiric variable iklim organisasi sebesar 126,60, lalu untuk mean hipotetik variable kepuasan kerja sebesar 107,5 dan mean hipotetik variable iklim organisasi sebesar 105. Meninjau hasil penelitian maka penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. |
