dc.descriptionPada dasarnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara empiris Hubungan Locus Of Control Internal Terhadap Burnout Pada Karyawan Di PT. Golden Victory Source. Adapun jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 karyawan. Dengan hipotesis: Ada hubungan negative antara locus of control internal dengan burnout pada karyawan. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan metode skala Likert dengan menggunakan skala Locus Of Control Internal Menurut Crider (2003): Suka bekerja keras, Memiliki insiatif yang tinggi, Selalu berusaha untuk menemukan pemecahan masalah, Selalu mencoba untuk berfikir seefektif mungkin, Selalu mempunyai persepsi bahwa usaha harus dilakukan jika ingin berhasil. Selanjutnya skala burnout menurut Schuler dan Jackson (1999) sebagai berikut: Kelelahan Emosional, Sikap Depersonalisasi, Perasaan Tidak Mampu. Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka diperoleh hasil penelitian : ada hubungan negative antara locus of control dengan burnout, dimana rxy = - 0.529 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya semakin tinggi locus of control maka semakin rendah burnout dinyatakan diterima. Diketahui dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa locus of control tergolong tergolong tinggi sebab nilai rata-rata empirik (89.37) lebih besar dari hipotetik (70), dan burnout tergolong rendah sebab nilai rata-rata empirik (49.50) lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (62.5).en_US
dc.description.abstractBasically this study aims to find out and empirically analyze the Relationship of Internal Locus of Control to Burnout in Employees at PT. Golden Victory Source. The number of samples in this study were 70 employees. With the hypothesis: There is a negative relationship between internal locus of control and burnout on employees. This research was compiled based on the Likert scale method using the scale of Internal Locus of Control According to Crider (2003): Like working hard, Having high initiative, Always trying to find solutions to problems, Always trying to think as effectively as possible, Always having a perception that effort must be made if you want to succeed. Furthermore, the scale of burnout according to Schuler and Jackson (1999) is as follows: Emotional Fatigue, Depersonalization Attitude, Insufficient Feelings. After analyzing the data, the results were obtained: there was a negative relationship between locus of control and burnout, where rxy = -0.529 with a significant p = 0.000 < 0.050. This means that the higher the locus of control, the lower the burnout is accepted. It is known from the results of this study that the locus of control is classified as high because the empirical average value (89.37) is greater than hypothetical (70), and burnout is relatively low because the empirical average value (49.50) is smaller than the hypothetical average value (62.5).en_US
