Abstract: This study aims to determine the Whether work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Deli Serdang's Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, do incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Deli Serdang Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, and whether work facilities and incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Public Works and Deli Serdang's Spatial Planning.The population in this study were permanent employees totaling 150 people, with the sampling being used which was 60 people. The technique used is a simple random sampling method that is done randomly on all members of the population. The data analysis techniques used are data analysis techniques, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test namely t Test (Partial), Test f (Simultaneous) and Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of the study it can be obtained that the variable Work Facilities (X1) and Incentives (X2), affect the Performance variable (Y) of the Public Works Department and Deli Serdang Spatial Planning employees, with the results of the t test results obtained for the work facility variable obtained the t count (4,723 > 0.250) with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05 and for incentive variables t count < t table 3,543 > 0.250 with a significance level of 0.001 > 0.05 it can be concluded that factors (work facilities and incentives) partially influence the performance of employees at the Service PU and Arrangement of Deli Serdang Room and F test obtained value of F count > F table (6.433 > 3.158), with hypothesis Ho accepted and Ha accepted so that it can be concluded that Work Facility variable (X1) and Incentive variable (X2) simultaneously have significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang Deli Serdang, Apakah Insentif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang Deli Serdang, serta apakah Fasilitas kerja dan Insentif berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang Deli Serdang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap yang berjumlah 150 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebesar 60 0rang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah metode simple random sampling yaitu dilakukan secara acak pada seluruh anggota jumlah populasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan yaitu Teknik analisis data, Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis yaitu Uji t (Parsial), Uji f (Simultan) dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa variable Fasilitas kerja (X1) dan Insentif (X2), berpengaruh terhadap variable Kinerja (Y) pegawai Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang Deli Serdang, dengan hasil uji t diperoleh hasil untuk variable fasilitas kerja diperoleh nilai thitung (4,723 > 0,250) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 > 0,05 dan untuk variable insentif t hitung > t tabel 3,543 > 0,250 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,001 > 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor (fasilitas kerja dan insentif) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PU dan Penataan Ruang Deli Serdang dan uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (6,433 > 3,158), dengan hipotesis Ho diterima dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable Fasilitas kerja (X1) dan variabel Insentif (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y).
