Based on the results of the t test can be seen larger than t table of 1.670 with a probability t that is sig 0,000 smaller than the significance limit of 0.05. Based on these values, the variables of work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance variables. In the career development variable of 3.656 is greater than t table of 1.670 with a probability of t that is sig 0.001 smaller than the significance limit of 0.05, the variables used are variables that are significant and significant to the performance variable. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value was 60.450 > 3.15 with sig 0.000 < 50.05, indicating Ho barriers and Haimaan, the meaning of work discipline and the development of service performance in a positive and significant manner on the performance variables. 0.668.
