dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh pelatihan dan tanggung jawab Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Loka Latihan Kerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Loka Latihan Kerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 60 orang. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 52 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel pelatihan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Loka Latihan Kerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara (2) secara parsial variabel tanggung jawab mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Loka Latihan Kerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara; (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel pelatihan dan tanggung jawab mempengaruhi Pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Loka Latihan Kerja Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of training and responsibility on the performance of employees in the technical implementation unit of the Small and Medium Business Training Workshop (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang North Sumatra. The research method used is associative research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Small and Medium Business Workshops (Delivering UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, totaling 60 people. In this study the sample is as many as 52 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) partially the training variables affect the performance of employees in the technical implementation unit of the Small and Medium Business Training Workshop (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang North Sumatra (2) partially the responsibility variables affect the performance of employees in the technical implementation Small and Medium Business Training Workshop (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang North Sumatra; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the training variables and the responsibility of influencing the Employees in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Small and Medium Business Work Centers (UPT LLK UKM) Deli Serdang North Sumatra.en_US
