dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : mengetahui pegaruh kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan, mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan sebanyak 65 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa kepribadian (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan, etos kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is as follows: To find out the significant positive effect of personality on employee career at PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan.To find out significant of work ethic on employee career at PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan. Research used associative, which is the research that questioning the relation between free variable and dependent variable . Population in this research is all of the employees of PT.Ikapharmindo Putramas Cabang Medan with amount of 65 employees.
