Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to: To determine whether work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province, to determine whether motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province, to find out whether work discipline and motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. The research analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. This type of research is associative, namely a study that is asking about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province, 130 employees. The sampling technique in this study was conducted using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, so the number of samples was taken, namely all employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province as many as 98 respondents. Based on the results of the study, the results of work discipline were found to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. And motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra Province.
