Analisis Lingkungan Kerja dan Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Kelurahan martubung Kecamatan Medan Labuhan

Abstract

The work environment and work enthusiasm are very important components to do everything that is around workers and can affect themselves in carrying out the tasks assigned. Employee morale is a condition that arises from within a person that causes someone to work actively, quickly and be accountable to the agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the work environment and employee morale in Martubung Village, Medan Labuhan District. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results from the working environment of Martubung Village have been filled with equipment and office equipment, so that employees can work well and comfortably, are spacious and free to move so work efficiency is achieved. The working morale of the employees in the Lurah office is quite good because the relationship between leadership and subordinates, subordinates and other communications runs smoothly if there are obstacles to the work of mutual assistance.
