Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that the implementation of the Hajj so far has been ineffective and inefficent, it has also influenced the quality of service delivery and protection oh the congregation so that the level of trust anf image of the company is reduced in the eyes the costumers. The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy of public relations travel of PT. Siar Tour in building the company's image, as well as how public relatons in shaping and maintaining the trust of prospective pilgrims and umrah. The research method used is a qualitative approach. This study describes data clearly, precisely, systematically, factually and accurately. Writing technique uses descriptive analysis techniques, namely giving on overview of the subject and object of research. The strategy applied is accordance with the theory of public relations four components explained by Soleh Soemiral and Elvinaro Ardianto in the book Dasar-Dasar Public Relations is perception, cognition, motivation and attitude.
Description: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena penyelenggaraan ibadah haji selama ini dinilai kurang efektif dan perlindungan pada jemaah haji dan umrah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan data secara jelas, tepat, sistematis, faktual dan akurat. Teknik terhadap subjek dan objek penelitian. Strategi yang diterapkan sesuai dengan teori dibentuk melalui empat komponen menurut Soleh Soemirat dan Elvinaro Ardianto dalam buku Dasar-Dasar Public Pelations yaitu persepsi, kognisi, mptivasi dan sikap.
