dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk mengetahui antara kepercayaan diri dengan social loafing pada fakultas Hukum Universitas Medan Area. Social loafing adalah menurunnya motivasi inidividu untuk terlihat dalam kegiatan kelompok, seseorang menjadi kurang termotivasi untuk terlibat atau melakukan sesuatu kegiatan tertentu pada saat orang tersebut berada dalam keadaan bersama-sama dengan orang lain, mereka kurang termotivasi untuk terlibat dalam diskusi karena ada dalam lingkungan dimana ada orang lain yang mungkin mau melakukan respon yang lebih sama terhadap stimulus yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeatan kuantitatif, hipotesis penelitian ini menyatakan adanya hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan social loafing pada fakultas Hukum Universitas Medan Area. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala model likert. Analisis data menggunakan Kolerasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh, rxy = -,46,6, p = 0,01 berarti p < 0,010. Hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata Hipotetik dan empiric diketahui berdasarkan kepercayaan diri SD = 9,931. Adapun untuk kepercayaan diri Hipotetik 75 dan Mean Empirik 51,10 dikategorikan rendah dan untuk social loafing SD = 12,116 Hipotetik 67,5 dan Mean Empirik 86,43 dikategorikan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bobot sumbangan efektif X terhadap Y 21,7% penelitian dinyatakan diterima. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine between self-confidence and social loafing at the Faculty of Law, University of Medan Area. Social loafing is a decrease in individual motivation to be seen in group activities, a person becomes less motivated to engage or do certain activities when the person is in a state together with others, they are less motivated to engage in discussion because there is an environment where there is other people who might want to do the same response to the same stimulus. This study uses a quantitative approach, the hypothesis of this study states that there is a relationship of confidence with social loafing at the Faculty of Law, University of Medan Area. Research samples were 42 students. Data collection using random sampling techniques. The sampling technique using random sampling data collection techniques using a Likert scale model. Data analysis uses Product Moment Collation. Based on the results of data analysis, rxy = -, 46.6, p = 0.01 means p <0.010. The results of the calculation of the average value of Hypothesis and empiric are known based on SD confidence = 9,931. As for Hypothetical confidence 75 and Empirical Mean 51,10 are categorized low and for social loafing SD = 12,116 Hypothetical 67,5 and Empirical Mean 86,43 are categorized high. Based on the results of the study, the weight of effective contribution X to Y 21.7% of the study was accepted. | en_US |
