dc.descriptionPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah loyalitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan,serta untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan sebanyak 80 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak sebesar 56 responden dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa Loyalitas (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pehubungan Kota Medan, budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine whether loyalty has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Medan City Transportation Department employees, as well as to determine whether the organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of Medan City Transportation Department employees. The population in this study were all employees at the Medan City Transportation Agency as many as 80 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 56 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study can be seen that Loyalty (X1) has a significant positive effect on the performance of Medan City Transportation Agency employees, organizational culture (X2) has a significant positive effect on the performance of Medan City Transportation Department employees.en_US
