dc.description | Adapun tujuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: untuk mengetahui apakah mutasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ikapharmindo putramas cabang medan, untuk mengetahui apakah promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ikapharmindo putramas cabang medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Ikhaparmindo Putramas Cabang Medan sebanyak 65 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 responden dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahawa Mutasi (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ikhaparmindo Putramas Cabang Medan, Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ikhaparmindo Putramas Cabang Medan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is as follows: to find out whether mutations have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Ikapharmindo putramas medan branch, to find out whether job promotion has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Ikapharmindo putramas medan branch. This type of research is associative, namely a study that is asking about the relationship between independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Medan Branch Ikhaparmindo Putramas as many as 65 employees. The sample in this study were 56 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study can be seen that mutations (X1) have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT.
