dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh konflik dan keadilan organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Sarana Sumut Ventura Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura Medan yang berjumlah 70 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data, Uji Analisis Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis yaitu Uji t (Parsial), Uji F (Simultan) dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the effect of conflict and organizational justice on employee performance at PT. Sarana Sumut Ventura Medan City. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variables studied with the Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interviews (interviews), with a list of questions (questionnaires) and study documentation. The population in this study was a company of 70 people. Sarana Sumut Ventura Medan. Sampling using the Jenuh sample method. The number of studies is relatively small, as many as 70 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The data analysis techniques used are data analysis, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test namely t Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous) and Coefficient of Determination (R2). | en_US |
