Abstract: Football players are included in the workforce, soccer players work for the club that trains him / contracts him for several seasons depending on the agreement in the employment contract that the club and the player themselves have agreed to. From the beginning until now football was the most popular and popular sport in the whole world including Indonesia. Football which was once just a sport is now a very promising job and business. The problem in this study is how the PSMS Club Responsibility Against Foreign Players Who Are Painful or Injured and how the Legal Effects of Termination of the Unilateral Work Agreement between the PSMS Medan Club and Foreign Players. The research method used is library research, namely research conducted based on reading sources, namely Laws, books, scientific research, scientific articles, mass media, and legal journals related to the material discussed in this thesis proposal. . In this study contains primary data and secondary data. Field research (field research), namely by conducting field research directly. In this case the researcher immediately conducted a research to the PSMS Mess Club on the Borobudur Temple by interview. Accountability of the PSMS Club Medan to foreign players, about the rights obtained and not obtained by the foreign players, namely if the player is terminated the contract must be in accordance with the Manpower Act and contained in the contract agreed by the Club PSMS Medan and the Player Foreign regulated in the agreement, namely Article 19 concerning Termination of Employment with Compensation and Article 20 concerning Termination of Employment without Compensation. and the legal consequences obtained by foreign players in this case are termination of employment carried out through an agreement in the contract that has been signed by the parties. Because of the reason for the termination of employment that is carried out by the PSMS Club with foreign players because of serious mistakes that can affect performance, and fear of influencing other colleagues who can be detrimental to other parties, especially the other players.
