dc.description | Kinerja memiliki makna yang sangat luas, bukan hanya menyatakan sebagai hasil kerja, tetapi bagaimana juga proses kerja berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap transfer pengetahuan dosen di ITM; (2) menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja dosen di ITM; (3) menganalisis pengaruh transfer pengetahuan terhadap kinerja dosen di ITM; dan (4) menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh transfer pengetahuan pada dosen di ITM (Institut Teknologi Medan). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah minimal 60 responden pada kalangan dosen di ITM. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), uji hipotesis, dan uji asumsiklasik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap transfer pengetahuan dosen di ITM adalah positif dan signifikan; (2) ada pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja dosen di ITM adalah positif dan signifikan; (3) ada pengaruh transfer pengetahuan terhadap kinerja dosen di ITM adalah positif dan signifikan; dan (4) ada pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh transfer pengetahuan dosen di ITM adalah positif dan signifikan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Performance has a very broad meaning, not only expressing it as a result of work, but also how the work process takes place. The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the effect of using social media on the transfer of knowledge of lecturers at ITM; (2) analyze the effect of using social media on the performance of lecturers at ITM; (3) analyze the effect of knowledge transfer on the performance of lecturers at ITM; and (4) analyze the influence of social media usage on performance mediated by the transfer of knowledge to lecturers at ITM (Medan Institute of Technology). The number of samples in this study is a minimum of 60 respondents in the lecturers at ITM. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire). The type of data used in this study is primary data. Analysis of data in this study using path analysis techniques (path analysis), hypothesis testing, and classical assumptions. The results of hypothesis testing show (1) there is an effect of using social media on the transfer of knowledge of lecturers at ITM is positive and significant; (2) there is the influence of the use of social media on the performance of lecturers at ITM is positive and significant; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge transfer on the performance of lecturers at ITM; and (4) there is the influence of the use of social media on performance which is mediated by the transfer of knowledge of lecturers at ITM is positive and significant. | en_US |
