Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Struktur Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Keputusan pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Nasional Kabupaten Karo

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze management information systems and organizational structures on the effectiveness of decisions of the Tanah Karo Education Office. The research method used is associative research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by observation (observation), interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees in the effectiveness of the decision of the Tanah Karo Education Office, amounting to 65 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the total population is relatively small, as many as 65 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the significance value for the effect of X1 on Y is known as t count = 2.943 > t table = 1.998 So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Management Information System (X1) on Effectiveness (Y), it is known that the significance value for the effect of X2 on Y is equal to t = 5.937 > t table = 1.998. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Organizational Structure (X2) on Effectiveness (Y), and it is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.002 < 0.005 (X1) and 0,000 < 0.005 (X2) and F count > F table obtained 30,578 > 3.15, so it can be concluded that the Management Information System (X1) and Organizational Structure (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Effectiveness (Y).
