dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair dari limbah cair kelapa sawit dan pupuk hayati biofertilizer pada bibit kelapa sawit di pembibitan main nursery, Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang berlokasi di jalan PBSI No.1 Medan Estate , Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat 22 m dari permukaan laut, tofografi, datar dan jenis tanah Aluvial. penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2018. Metode Penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial yaitu perlakuan pemberian pupuk organik cair dari limbah cair kelapa sawit (L) dan perlakuan pemberian pupuk hayati Biofertilizer (B) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, dengan 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu : 1) faktor pupuk organik cair dari limbah kelapa sawit (L) terdiri dari dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : L0 = tanpa perlakuan (kontrol positif) dari rekomandasi pemupukan kimia, L1 : Pemberian pupuk organik cair dari limbah kelapa sawit dengan dosis 75 cc/ Polibeg, L2 : Pemberian pupuk organik cair dari limbah kelapa sawit dengan dosis 150 cc/ Polibeg, L3 : Pemberian pupuk organik cair dari limbah kelapa sawit dengan dosis 225 cc/ Polibeg. 2) faktor pupuk hayati Biofertilizer (B) trdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : B0 : Tanpa Biofertilizer B1 : Pemberian Biofertilizer dengan konsentrasi 0,1 %, B2 : Pemberian Biofertilizer dengan konsentrasi 0,2 %, B3 : Pemberian Biofertilizer dengan konsentrasi 0,3 %. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali sehingga terdapat 32 plot percobaan. Setiap percobaan terdiri dari 5 tanaman dengan 3 tanaman sampel. Adapun paramater yang diamati dalam penelitian terdiri dari tinggi bibit, diameter batang, jumlah daun, panjang daun, luas daun. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian POC dari limbah cair kelapa sawit berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun dan luas daun. Dalam hal ini pemberian limbah cair kelapa sawit dengan dosis 225 cc/polibag, merupakan perlakuan terbaik dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bibit kelapa sawit. 2) pemberian pupuk hayati biofertilizer berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, panjang daun dan luas daun. Dalam hal ini pemberian pupuk hayati biofertilizer dengan konsentrasi 0,2%, menghasilkan perkembangan bibit yang baik dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya. 3) Interaksi antara kedua faktor perlakuan menunjukkan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter diameter batang, jumlah daun dan luas daun bibit kelapa sawit. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from palm oil liquid waste and biofertilizer on oil palm seedlings in the nursery nursery. Percut Sei Tuan with a height of 22 m above sea level, topography, flat and alluvial soil type. This research was conducted from May to October 2018. The research method that will be used is factorial randomized block design (RBD), namely the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer from palm oil liquid waste (L) and the treatment of biological fertilizer application Biofertilizer (B) which consists of 4 levels of treatment, with 2 treatment factors, namely : 1) liquid organic fertilizer factor from palm oil waste (L) consists of 4 levels of treatment, namely: L0 = no treatment (positive control) from chemical fertilization recommendations, L1: Provision of liquid organic fertilizer from palm oil waste with a dose of 75 cc / Polybag, L2: Provision of liquid organic fertilizer from palm oil waste at a dose of 150 cc / Polybag, L3: Provision of liquid organic fertilizer from palm oil waste at a dose of 225 cc / Polybag. 2) Biofertilizer (B) biological fertilizer factor consists of 4 levels of treatment, namely: B0: Without Biofertilizer B1: Giving Biofertilizer with a concentration of 0.1%, B2: Giving Biofertilizer with a concentration of 0.2%, B3: Giving Biofertilizer with a concentration of 0 , 3%. Each treatment was repeated 2 (two) times so that there were 32 experimental plots. Each experiment consisted of 5 plants with 3 sample plants. The parameters observed in the study consisted of seed height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf area. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The provision of POC from palm oil liquid waste has a significant effect on plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves and leaf area. In this case the provision of liquid palm oil waste with a dose of 225 cc / polybag, is the best treatment in supporting the growth and development of oil palm seedlings. 2) biofertilizer significantly affected plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf length and leaf area. In this case the application of biofertilizer with a concentration of 0.3%, resulting in good seedling development compared to other treatments. 3) The interaction between the two treatment factors shows a very significant effect on the parameters of stem diameter, number of leaves and leaf area of oil palm seedlings. | en_US |
