Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Bagian Keuangan Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The work environment is everything that exists around workers, which can affect them in their work. The work spirit of employees in the Finance Department of the Agriculture Office of North Sumatra Province has not been as it should be. For example, employees have not used productive working hours and structuring work spaces that have not been efficient. This research is to empirically examine the influence of the work environment on employee morale in the Finance Department of the Agriculture Office of North Sumatra Province. This study uses the Explanatory method. Based on the results of the study, the work environment has an effect on the morale of employees in the Finance Department of the Agriculture Office of North Sumatra Province. Viewed from simple linear regression, the contribution of the work environment to performance is 32.7% from the results of the F test obtained F count of 21.336 which is greater than F table 4.05 and the results of the T test obtained T count of 4.623 which is greater than T table 1.678 with each having a significance value of 0,000 (sig a <0.05). This means that the work environment affects work morale.
