dc.descriptionLingkungan kerja adalah segala sesuatu yang ada disekitar pekerja, yang dapat mempengaruhi mereka dalam bekerja. Semangat kerja pegawai pada Bagian Keuangan Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Sumatera Utara belum sesuai dengan seharusnya. Misalnya pegawai belum menggunakan jam kerja secara produktif dan penataan ruang kerja yang belum efesien. Penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Bagian Keuangan Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Explanatory. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Bagian Keuangan Dinas Pertanian Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dilihat dari regresi linear sederhana, kontribusi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 32,7% dari hasil uji F didapat F hitung sebesar 21,369 yang lebih besar dari F tabel 4,05 dan hasil uji T didapat T hitung sebesar 4,623 yang lebih besar dari T tabel 1,678 dengan masing-masing memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (sig a < 0,05). Artinya lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe work environment is everything that exists around workers, which can affect them in their work. The work spirit of employees in the Finance Department of the Agriculture Office of North Sumatra Province has not been as it should be. For example, employees have not used productive working hours and structuring work spaces that have not been efficient. This research is to empirically examine the influence of the work environment on employee morale in the Finance Department of the Agriculture Office of North Sumatra Province. This study uses the Explanatory method. Based on the results of the study, the work environment has an effect on the morale of employees in the Finance Department of the Agriculture Office of North Sumatra Province. Viewed from simple linear regression, the contribution of the work environment to performance is 32.7% from the results of the F test obtained F count of 21.336 which is greater than F table 4.05 and the results of the T test obtained T count of 4.623 which is greater than T table 1.678 with each having a significance value of 0,000 (sig a <0.05). This means that the work environment affects work morale.en_US
