dc.descriptionJembatan beton prategang Aek Kaludi 1 merupakan salah satu jembatan penghubung jalan alternatif dari Rampa menuju Poriaha Sibolga dengan panjang total jembatan sebesar 16,60 meter dan lebar total jembatan 11,6 meter. Perancangan jembatan prategang Aek Kaludi 1 ini berpedoman pada RSNI T-12-2004 untuk pembebanan pada jembatan, RSNI T-02-2005 untuk perencanaan beton yang digunakan untuk jembatan, dan Manual 021/BM/2011 perencanaan struktur beton pratekan untuk jembatan. Dari hasil perhitungan pembebanan dan penulangan didapatkan pembebanan plat lantai akibat berat sendiri = 5 kN / m, beban mati tambahan = 2,69 kN/m, beban truk = 157,5 kN, beban angin = 0,648 kN, beban perbedaan temperatur = 12,5 derajat C dan tulangan plat lantai untuk tulangan lentur negatif D16-85 mm dan tulangan lentur positif D16-90 mm. Tulangan plat injak arah melintang D13-160 mm dan arah memanjang D16-180 mm. Pembebanan balok prategang akibat berat sendiri balok prategang = 6,125 kN/m, beban mati tambahan = 5,2455 kN/m, beban lajur = 17,550 kN/m, gaya rem = 19,34 kN/m, beban angin = 0,741 kN/m, beban gempa = 3,461 kN/m dan tulang balok prategang sebanyak 20 tulangan dengan diameter 13 mm.en_US
dc.description.abstractAek Kaludi 1 pre stressed concrete bridge is one of the alternative road connecting bridges from Rampa to Poriaha Sibolga with a total bridge length of 16.60 meters and a total bridge width of 11.6 meters. The design of Aek Kaludi 1 pre stressed bridge is based on T-12-2004 National Hospital for loading on bridges, RSNI T-02-2005 for processing concrete used for bridges, and Manual 021 / BM / 2011 planning pre stressed concrete structures for bridges. From the calculation results of loading and reinforcement found floor plate loading due to own weight = 5 kN / m, additional dead load = 2.69 kN / m, Trukal = 157.5 kN, wind load = 0.648 kN, various temperature loads = 12 , 5 derajat C and floor plate reinforcement for negative flexural reinforcement D16-85 mm and positive bending reinforcement D16-90 mm. Transverse plate crossing D13-160 mm and longitudinal direction D16-180 mm. Pre-stress beam loading on pre-stressed body weight = 6.125 kN / m, additional dead load = 5.2455 kN / m, lane load = 17.550 kN / m, brake force = 19.34 kN / m, wind load = 0,741 kN / m , seismic load = 3,461 kN / m and pre stressed beam bone as much as 20 bars with a diameter of 13 mm.en_US
