dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara pada kantor Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang selama ini proses penanaman budaya kerja yang dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara masih tergolong rendah. Belum lagi masalah kedisplinan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 55 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil Negara pada kantor Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yang ditunjukkan dengan besarnya koefisien determinasi variabel nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,084 yang menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 8,4%. dc.description.abstract | This study aims to test, to know and explain the workings of cultural influences on performance of civil State apparatus at the Office of the National Narcotics Agency of the province of North Sumatra during the process of cultivation of the culture of the work done by The National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra still belongs to low. Not to mention the problem of kedisplinan owned by employees of the National Narcotics Agency of the province of North Sumatra. The population in this research is the entire employees amounted to 55 people. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the analysis showed that highly influential work culture on performance of civil State apparatus at the Office of the National Narcotics Agency of North Sumatra, demonstrated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination R Square (value of variable R2) by 0.084 that indicates that the variable contribution of work culture on performance clerk of 8.4%. Thus the hypothesis presented in this study are acceptable. | en_US |
