dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan burnout syndrome ditinjau dari locus of control internal dan locus of control eksternal pada perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota medan yang berjumlah 83 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala burnout syndrome dan skala locus of control. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Varians 1 Jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan burnout syndrome ditinjau dari locus of control internal dan locus of control eksternal pada perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisen perbedaan anava dengan koefisien F = 2,885 dengan P = 0.000 <0,05. Hal iniberartinilaisignikansi yang diperolehlebihkecildari 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan berupa ada perbedaan burnout syndrome ditinjau dari locus of control internal dan locus of control eksternal, diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan locus of control eksternal cenderung memiliki burnout yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan individu yang memiliki locus of control internal.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the difference in burnout syndrome in terms of internal locus of control and external locus of control in nurses who work at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City. The subjects in this study were nurses in the inpatient room Dr. Pirngadi Medan city of 83 nurses. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. This study uses two scales, namely the scale of burnout syndrome and the scale of locus of control. To test the proposed hypothesis, it is carried out using the 1 Path Variance Analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that there is a difference in burnout syndrome in terms of internal locus of control and external locus of control for nurses who work at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of anava difference with the coefficient F = 2.885 with P = 0.000 <0.05. This means that the significance obtained is more than 0.05. So that the hypothesis put forward in the form of differences in burnout syndrome in terms of internal locus of control and external locus of control, is accepted. The results showed that individuals with external locus of control tended to have a higher burnout compared to individuals who had internal locus of control.en_US
