Hubungan Antara Komunikasi Terapeutik Dengan Kepuasan Pasien Di RSUD Cut Mutia Lhokseumawe

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the relationship between therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction at Cut MutiaLhokseumawe Regional Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitave method. The hypothesis is that there is a positive correlation between therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction, assuming the higher the thetapeutic communication, the higher the patient satisfaction. The subjects of this study were patients in Cut MutiaLhokseumawe Regional Hospital with 74 samples. Data collection techniques using insidentialsampling. The data collection method uses a Likert scale. Based on the result of t-test data analysis showed a therapeutic communication relationship with patient satisfaction, where F = 6.772 and sug. Which is 0.012 > 0.05. Another result obtained from this study is that therapeutic communication remains relatively high with an empirical mean of 96.22. While patient satisfaction is also high with an empirical mean 97.59. From the result of this study, the proposed hypothesis was accepted.
