dc.descriptionBakso bakar merupakan makanan jajanan yang relative murah, rasanya enak dan memiliki penampilan yang menarik, makanan ini sangat di gemari oleh banyak anak sekolah. Bakso bakar adalah bakso yang diolesi bumbu khusus dan dibakar langsung dan disajikan bersama potongan ketupat atau tahu yang disiram dengan saos sambal, kuah sate atau bumbu kacang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya cemaran bakteri patogen pada bakso bakar yang dijual di beberapa kecamatan di kota Medan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif, melakukan uji penegasan bakteri E. coli, yaitu uji Indol, uji Metil Red, uji Voges Proskauer, uji Sitrat, pada bakso bakar yang dijual di beberapa kecamatan di kota Medan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sampel bakso bakar yang di teliti sampel A01, sampel A02, sampel A05 sampel A07, sampel A08, sampel A10 sampel A14, sampel A15, sampel A16, sampel A20 dan sampel A21 terkontaminasi bakteri E. coli, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 11 sampel terkontaminasi bakteri E. coli.en_US
dc.description.abstractGrilled meatballs are relatively inexpensive food, it tastes good and has an attractive appearance, this food is loved by many student. Roasted meatballs are meatballs smeared with special spices and grilled directly and served with pieces of rhombus or tofu that are watered with chili sauce, satay sauce or peanut sauce. This study aimed to determine the presence or absence of pathogenic bacterial contamination in grilled meatballs that are sold in several districts in the Medan city. The research method was conducted descriptively, carried out the assertion test of E. coli bacteria, namely the Indol test, the Methyl Red test, the Voges Proskauer test, the Sitrat test, on grilled meatballs which were sold in several districts in the Medan city. The results obtained from the burned meatballs sample examined A01 sample, sample A02, sample A05 sample A07, sample A08, sample A10 sample A14, sample A15, sample A16, sample A20 and sample A21 were contaminated with E. coli bacteria, it can be concluded that 11 (eleven) samples contaminated with E. coli bacteria.en_US
