Abstract: This research was conducted in March to July 2019 on PBSI No. 1 trial Garden Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas of Medan Area, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province with a height of 22 m above sea level with a slope of 5%. This research was designed with a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 levels of treatment, namely: 1) Factors for composting fertilizer from sugarcane bagasse (K), consisting of 4 levels, namely: K0 = without organic fertilizer sugarcane bagasse ( control); K1 = organic fertilizer, bagasse waste 1.5 kg / plot; K2 = organic fertilizer, bagasse waste 3 kg / plot; K3 = 6 kg / plot organic sugarcane bagasse waste, and 2) Factors for the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) banana peel waste (P), consisting of 5 levels, namely: P0 = without liquid organic fertilizer banana peel (control) ; P1 = liquid organic fertilizer of 10 ml / liter banana peels; P2 = liquid organic fertilizer of banana peels 20 ml / liter; P3 = organic fertilizer liquid banana peel 30 ml / liter; P4 = liquid organic fertilizer 40 ml / liter banana peel, each treatment was repeated 2 (two) times. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, flowering age, leaf area, stem diameter, fruit weight per sample plant and fruit weight per plot. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Giving bagasse compost has a significant effect on plant height and production per plot, but has no significant effect on flowering age, leaf area, stem diameter and production per sample plant; 2) POC administration of Kepok banana peel has no significant effect on plant height, flowering age, leaf area, stem diameter, production per sample plant and production per plot; and 3) The combination of the two treatment factors has no significant effect on plant height, flowering age, leaf area, stem diameter, production per sample plant and production per plot.
Description: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juli 2019 di Jalan Jati Rejo, Desa Sampali, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian tempat 22 m dpl dengan kemiringan 5 %. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 taraf perlakuan, yaitu : 1) Faktor pemberian pupuk kompos dari limbah ampas tebu (K), terdiri dari 4 taraf, yakni : K0 = tanpa pupuk organik limbah ampas tebu (kontrol); K1 = pupuk organik limbah ampas tebu 1,5 kg/plot; K2 = pupuk organik limbah ampas tebu 3 kg/plot; K3 = pupuk organik limbah ampas tebu 6 kg/plot, dan 2) Faktor pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah kulit buah pisang (P), terdiri dari 5 taraf, yakni : P0 = tanpa pupuk organik cair kulit buah pisang (kontrol); P1 = pupuk organik cair kulit buah pisang 10 ml/liter; P2 = pupuk organik cair kulit buah pisang 20 ml/liter; P3 = pupuk organik cair kulit buah pisang 30 ml/liter; P4 = pupuk organik cair kulit buah pisang 40 ml/liter, masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, luas daun, diameter batang, berat buah per tanaman sampel dan berat buah per plot. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian kompos ampas tebu berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan produksi per plot, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap umur berbunga, luas daun, diameter batang dan produksi per tanaman sampel; 2) Pemberian POC kulit pisang kepok berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, luas daun, diameter batang, produksi per tanaman sampel dan produksi per plot; dan 3) Kombinasi antara kedua faktor perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap terhadap tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, luas daun, diameter batang, produksi per tanaman sampel dan produksi per plot.
