Analisis Pendapatan dan Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Ayam Pedaging (Broiler) Studi Kasus Kecamatan Kualuh Selatan Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara

Abstract

One source of animal protein with a relatively affordable price and easy to obtain is broiler chicken meat or often referred to as broiler chicken. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the magnitude of the cost of production, revenue and income from chicken farming in Kualuh Selatan District, 2) To determine the feasibility of broiler raising businesses in Kualuh Selatan District. This research was carried out in Kualuh Selatan Subdistrict, LabuhanBatu Utara Regency, North Sumatra Province by means of quota sampling (census) starting in April-May 2019. The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis used is a) Revenue Analysis (phi = TR-TC), b) Feasibility Analysis (R/C Ratio). From the results of the study it can be concluded: 1). Large production costs Rp. 136,784,234.37, while the average total variable cost is Rp. 132,249,150 and a fixed cost of Rp. 4,535,084.37, Then the total Total Revenue is Rp.154,303,243.66. Average income is Rp. 17,519,009.29 / period. 2). Broiler business in South Kualuh Sub-district has fulfilled the business feasibility standard, wherein the R / C analysis of the breeders' businesses which is used as Respondents is all> 1 (average 1.12).
