Dampak Relokasi Pasar Tradisional Terhadap Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Pedagang Sayur dan Buah (Studi Kasus : Pasar Induk Lau Cih Kota Medan)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find impact of market relocation on the social ecomony contiditions of vegetable and fruit traders in Induk Lau Cih Market Medan.The method used this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Methode of data collection is done by interviews and questionnaries. The total of number sample is 10 traders, consist of 5 vegetable traders and 5 fruit traders. Research result point : (1). The impact of market relocation on the social conditions of vegetable traders and fruit traders in Induk market based on interactions traders is teamwork, the confort received traders based on very comfortable level, the protection of traders is very safe level, and the traders feel the certainly of the future a more better life. As well as with government traders very agree. (2). The impact of market relocation on the economy of vegetable and fruit traders in Induk market with sufficient level of traders income, increased income, and traders don’t have other jobs and don’t have other sources of income.
