Analisis Pendapatan Petani Kopi Arabika (Coffea Arabica) dengan Studi Kasus Kecamatan Doloksanggul, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan

Abstract

Coffee rises must be approved by farmers. That is, the aim of this study is to discuss the income of Arabica Coffee farmers in Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency and the level of benefits obtained by Arabica Coffee farmers in Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Income is the results obtained within a certain period of time both consisting of material and non-material that can affect one's level of life. Where the formulation income is Pd = TR-TC. This research is descriptive-quantitative field research type while the data analysis technique used is the analysis of the B / C ratio (Benefit Cost Ratio) while the data collection method used is the method of data collection by means of observation, structured interviews and directly accessed to the Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The results of this research showed that Arabica Coffee farmers in Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, which can significantly increase farmers' incomes. Whereas the income of Arabica coffee farmers is IDR 1,218,971.26 / farmer. Arabica Coffee Farmers in terms of the B / C ratio in Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency can benefit farmers. B / C ratio is 1.25 which means that every Rp. 1 issued by Arabica Coffee farmers generated an income of Rp. 1.25.
