Pengaruh Insentif Material dan Insentif Non Material Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Abadi Jaya Bersama Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of material incentives and non-material incentives on the employee performance of PT.Abadi Jaya Bersama The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at PT.Abadi Jaya Bersama. which numbered 60 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 60 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) partially the Material Incentive variable affects the Performance of Employees of PT.Abadi Jaya Bersama ...; (2) partially the Non-Material Incentive variable affects the Employee Performance of PT.Abadi Jaya Bersama; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Material Incentives and Non-Material Incentives on Employee Performance at PT.Abadi Jaya Bersama .
