Analisis Pendapatan dan Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Budidaya Ayam Ras Pedaging (Broiler) (Studi Kasus: Desa Bah Tobu, Kecamatan Dolok Batu Nanggar, Kabupaten Simalungun)

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the income received by broiler breeders in the village of Bah Tobu, Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency, (2) the feasibility of the broiler breeding business in Bah Tobu Village, Dolok Batu Nanggar District, Simalungun Regency. Analysis method: income analysis and feasibility analysis methods. The location of the study was determined purposively based on pre-survey, the village has a partner cattle system in the company. Respondents were determined by the Quota Sampling (census) method of 15 respondents. Data were analyzed: (1) income, (2) R / C ratio. The results of the study: (1) the income of broiler breeders in partnership with the New Hope company is Rp. 1,689,212,332. While the income of broiler breeders in partnership with the Charoen Pokphand company is Rp. 1,013,081,250, (2) broiler breeders in partnership with New Hope companies have an R / C ratio business analysis of 2.164 and broiler breeders in partnership with Charoen Pokphand companies have an R / C ratio business analysis of 2.022.
