Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The purpose of the authors to conduct research to determine the effect of work placements on employee morale, to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale and to determine the effect of work placements and compensation on employee morale at the North Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office, with associative research, where this study was conducted at the North Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office with a total sample of 42 honorarium employees. The results of this study were collected through questionnaires that were processed and analyzed using Multiple Regression. Then the data quality test used was to test the validity by using Corrected Item Total and reliability tests using Cronbach Alpha. To test the hypothesis in this study. The researcher uses the t test, and the F test and tests the determination. The results of this study indicate that the positive influence of job placement variables (X1), on the variable morale (Y) indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.575, and for t count (2.911) > t table (2,018) with a significance value of 0.006 < 0, 05, there is a positive effect of compensation variable (X2), on the variable morale (Y) indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.387, and for t count (2.984) > t table (2,018) with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, and Simultaneously there is also an influence between Work Placement and Compensation Against the Workforce of the North Sumatra Provincial Culture and Tourism Office with F count values (31,137) > F table (3,22) with a significance level of 0,000. The determination coefficient value obtained (R-Square) obtained is 0, 0.615 shows around 61.5%.
