dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif bertujuan ingin melihat hubungan faktor-faktor stres pada individu yang gagal tes Polri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Accidental Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala Likert. Analisa data menggunakan analisis F persen. Dalam Penelitian ini, berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa pada faktor beban memiliki bobot skor sebesar 33,01 % yang menyatakan bahwa faktor beban menjadi faktor terkecil, pada faktor kepribadian memiliki bobot skor 33,31 %, pada faktor kognitif memiliki bobot skor sebesar 33,68 % yang menyatakan bahwa faktor kognitif menjadi faktor terbesar dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research is a quantitative of a stress of the stress factor in the individual failure of the police. The sampling in this study is 35 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The data collection method is likert scale. The data analysis using the percentage of f percentage. In this study, based on the data analysis obtained, showed that the load factor had a score of 33.01 %, which state that the load factor was the smallest factor, the personality factor had a score 33.31 %, the cognitive factor has a score of 33.31% which states that the cognitive factor is the biggest factor of the research results obtained.en_US
