Hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Komunikasi Interpersonal pada Karyawan BPJS Keteneagakerjaan Medan

Abstract

The aim of this studies is to determine the correlations between self efficacy and interpersonal communication in employees of BPJS employment Medan. This studies is quantitative research using correlational research method. The population of this studies consists of 61 officers from security and custody department. The sampling technique used in this studies is Total Sampling, so that the number of population and sample is totally the same, which is 61 people. The validity analysis thechnique used in this studies is content analysis, from that can be obtained the self efficacy coefficient scale which is moving valid from rbt = 0,337 to rbt = 0,747 and interpersonal communication scale moving from rbt = 0,443 to rbt = 0,710 with significant level or p> 0,300 . The reability analysis technique used in this studies is Alpha Cronbach which produces reablity index in the amount of 0,903 for self efficacy scale and 0,850 for interpersonal communication scale. The correlation technique used in this studies to determine the correlations between these two variables, self efficacy and interpersonal communication is Product Moment. The result of this studies shows that there is significant correlations self efficacy and interpersonal communication in employees of BPJS employment Medan. Thus can be said based on the calculation correlation of r poduct moments, where = 0,531 with significant p = 0,001 < 0,010 means that the hypotesis is accepeted, that the lower self efficacy so the lower interpersonal communication it gets. As for the effective contribution of self efficacy affects the interpersonal commmunication is in the amount of 28%.
