dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rantai pasok daging sapi serta bagaimana efisiensi pemasaran daging sapi di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah secara Pruposive(Sengaja). Sempel penelitian ini sebanyak 25. Berdasarkan prasurvey lokasi ditentukan yang dilakukan terdapat 1 RPH tersebut, maka diambil pedagang besar (Pengusaha) 1 dari RPH dan pasar sambu yang menjual daging sapi maka diambil pedagang pengecer 1 dari pasar tradisional sambu dan konsumen 1 dari pasar sambu tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah snowball Sampling serta metode perhitungan Microsoft Excel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (RPH) kota Medan hanya berperan sebagai tempat pengandangan sebelum pemotongan dan kegiatan penyembelihan hewan milik pedagang besar. Terdapat dua rantai pasok dagingsapi di Kota Medan dalam menyalurkan produknya adalah Rantai pasok I dimulai dari Pedagang Besar, Pedagang Pengecer, Konsumen dan Rantai pasok II dimulai dari Pedagang besar,ke Konsumen.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the beef supply chain and how the efficiency of beef marketing in Medan. The research method used is Promposively. This research sample is 25. Based on the presurvey location determined there is 1 such RPH, then taken by wholesalers (Entrepreneurs) 1 from RPH and sambu markets who sell beef then retailers 1 are taken from traditional sambu and consumer 1 markets from the sambu market . The method used is snowball sampling and Microsoft Excel calculation method. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The study was conducted from October to November 2018. The results showed that the city of Medan (RPH) only served as a place of holding before cutting and slaughtering of animals owned by large traders. There are two beef supply chains in Medan City in distributing their products. Supply chain I starts with Big Traders, Retailers, Consumers and Supply Chain II starting from Big Traders, to Consumers. In supply chain I the value of marketing efficiency is 0.93% and in supply chain II the value of marketing efficiency is 0.93%.en_US
