Abstract: | Response to administration of biochar kendaga and rubber seed shells and various treatment of spacing on growth and production of brown rice (oryza nivara l.) in rubber plantation. The thesis is under guidance of miss sumihar hutapea as the supervisor and miss maimunah as a member of the supervisor. This research was carried out at the PTPN 2 sterect of jalan jati rejo precut sei tuan north sumatra’s deli district from may to November 2018. This study was condocted using factorial renomizad block design (RAK) consisting of treatment two factor, namely; 1). Biochar kendaga and rubber seed shell (b notation), consisting of four level’s, namely: B0= control (without treatment); B1= 0, 5 kg/plot; B2= 1 kg/plot; b3= 1,5 kg/plot. 2). Various treatment spacing consisting of three treatment level’s, namely: J1= 20 x 20 cm; J2= 25 x 25 cm J3= 30 x 30 cm. The parameter’s observed in this study were plant height, number of tillers, number of panicles of sample crops, weight of grain production per plot, weight of 1000 grains of grain. The result obtained is this study are: 1). Giving biochar control and rubber seed shells have a very significant effect on the number of panicles of sample crops, but have no significant effect on plant height, number of tillers, weight of grain production per sample, weight of grain production per plot, werghing 1000 grains of grain . Giving 1, 5 kg of biochar kendaga and rubber seed shell per plot can increase the number of tillers. Various cropping treatment have a significant effect on plant height and have a very significant effect on the number of tillers, number of panicles of sample crops, but have no significant effect on the weight of grain production per plot, weight of 1000 grains of grain. Description: | Respon Pemberian Biochar Kendaga dan Cangkang Biji Karet dan Berbagai Perlakuan Jarak Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Padi Beras Merah (Oryza nivara l.) Pada Pertanaman Karet. Skripsi. Dibawah Bimbingan Ibu Sumihar Hutapea, selaku Ketua Pembimbing dan Ibu Maimunah, selaku Anggota Pembimbing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PTPN 2 Jl. Jati Rejo, JL Sampali Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang Sumatra Utara, sejak Mei sampai November 2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompak (RAK) factorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu: 1). Biochar kendaga dan cangkang biji karet (notasi B) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yakni: B0= control (tanpa perlakuan); B1= 0,5 kg/ plot; B2= 1 kg/plot; B3= 1.5 kg/plot. 2). Berbagai perlakuan jarak tanam yang terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, yakni: J1= 20 x 20 cm; J2= 25 x 25 cm; J3= 30 x 30 cm. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah malai pertanaman sampel, berat produksi gabah per sampel, berat produksi gabah per plot, berat 1000 butir gabah. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, yakni: 1). Pemberian biochar kendaga dan cangkang biji karet berpengaruh sangat nyata pada jumlai malai pertanaman sempel, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, berat produksi gabah per sampel, berat produksi gabah per plot, berat 1000 butir gabah. Pemberian biochar kendaga dan cangkang biji karet sebanyak 1,5 kg/plot dapat meningkatkan jumlah anakan. 2). Berbagai perlakuan jarak tanam berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman dan berpengaruh sangat nyata pada jumlah anakan, jumlah malai pertanaman sampel, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata pada berat produksi gabah per sampel, beratproduksi gabah per plot, berat 1000 butir gabah. Perlakuan jarak tanam 30x30 cm dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi beras merah. |
