Abstract: | This study aims to determine "The Effect of Leaders' and Compensation's Behavior on Employee Performance at PT. Sumbertri Megah Kab. Langkat ". This type of research is associative, namely a study that is asking about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sumbertri Megah Regency. And by using a saturated sample technique which is a sampling technique where the sample taken is the sample that is most easily obtained or found, then the number of samples in this study were 50 employees. Based on the results of the t test it can be seen that t counts on the leader behavior variable of 5.873 is greater than t table of 1.675 with probability t that sig 0,000 is smaller than the significance limit of 0.005. Based on these values, the leader behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variables. In the facility variable of 2,755 greater than t table of 1,675 with probability t that is sig 0,000 is smaller than the significance limit of 0,005, then the facility variable partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 55.235> 3.18 with sig 0,000 <50.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that leader behavior and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance variables. obtained at 0.702. To see the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable by calculating the coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, so that KD = 70.2% is obtained. This figure shows that 70.2% of employee work performance (dependent variable) can be explained by leader behavior and compensation. The remaining 29.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh PerilakuPemimpin Dan KompensasiTerhadapPrestasiKerjaKaryawanPada PT. SumbertriMegahKab.Langkat”.Jenispenelitianiniadalahasosiatif yaitu suatupenelitian yang bersifatmenanyakanhubunganantaraduavariabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhkaryawanpada PT. SumbertriMegahKab.Langkat.Dan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuhyang merupakan suatu teknik pengambilan sampel dimana sampel yang diambil merupakan sampel yang paling mudah diperoleh atau dijumpain, maka jumlah sampel dalampenelitianinisebanyak50karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dapat dilihat bahwa t hitung pada variabelperilakupemimpinsebesar5.873 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar1.675dengan probabilitas t yakni sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari batasan signifikansi sebesar 0,005. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut maka variabel perilakupemimpinberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel prestasikerjakaryawan.Pada variabel fasilitassebesar2.755lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1.675 dengan probabilitas t yakni sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari batasan signifikansi sebesar 0,005, maka variabel fasilitassecara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel prestasikerjakaryawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji F maka diperolehnilaiFhitung sebesar 55.235>3.18dengan sig 0,000<0,05, menunjukan Hoditolak dan Ha diterima, berartiperilakupemimpindankompensasisecara serempak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel prestasikerjakaryawan.nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,702. Untuk melihat besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan cara menghitung koefisien determinasi (KD) = R2 x 100%, sehingga diperoleh KD = 70,2%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 70,2% prestasikerjakaryawan(variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan olehperilakupemimpindankompensasi. Sisanya sebesar 29,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. |
