Abstract: | This research aims to see the relationship of support organizations with employee performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) branch Office of SM. Raja Medan. Hypotheses submitted there was a positive relationship between support organizations with employee performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) branch Office of SM. Raja Medan. The population in this study amounted to 145 employees. Sampling technique is the Purposive Sampling technique is based on certain traits and characteristics, samples on this research of 42 employees working in the Mantri section. Data collection method is a method of documentation for variable binding i.e. Performance and poll method in the form of scale for a free variable i.e. organizational support. Data analysis using Product Moment analysis. Research results: There is a significant link between organizational support and employee performance. It is shown from the coefficient of rxy = 0791; p = 0.000 means p = < 0.05 which is where the better support organizations are, the higher the employee performance. Based on the results of this study, a proposed hypothesis was accepted with a donation of organizational support for work performance of 62.6 %. These results are known that there is still a 37.4 % contribution from other factors to employee performance. It is known that the research subject of the Mantri in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) branch Office of SM. Raja Medan who has a relatively good performance and the support of the organization is very well. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat hubungan Dukungan Organisasi Dengan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang SM. Raja Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara Dukungan Organisasi Dengan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang SM. Raja Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada ciri-ciri dan karakteristik tertentu, sampel pada penelitian ini 42 karyawan yang bekerja di bagian mantri. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode dokumentasi untuk variabel terikat yaitu kinerja dan metode angket berupa skala untuk variabel bebas yaitu dukungan organisasi. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Product Moment. Hasil penelitian : Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan dari koefisien rxy = 0.791 ; p = 0,000 berarti p = < 0,05 yang dimana bahwa semakin baik Dukungan Organisasi maka semakin tinggi Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima dengan sumbangan Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Kerja sebesar 62,6 %. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 37,4 % kontribusi dari faktor lain terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini para Mantri di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang SM. Raja Medan yang memiliki Kinerja yang tergolong sedang dan Dukungan Organisasi yang tergolong sangat baik. |
