Dinyatakan hipotesis diterima.en_US
This study aims to look at the relationship of job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on part employees at PT. Indomas Teknik Perkasa. The subjects in this study were company employees, which numbered 49 employees. The sampling technique uses the Total Sampling technique. Data retrieval is done using two scales, namely the scale of job satisfaction and the scale of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Data analysis using product moment correlation technique (rxy) that is equal to 0.622 with P = 0,000 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees which shows that the higher job satisfaction, the higher Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Conversely, the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of employees. Job satisfaction in this study is classified as low because (empirical mean = 75.37 <mean hypothetical = 85 and SD = 14,025). And organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is low, because (empirical mean = 78.92 <mean hypothetical = 80 and SD = 15,586). The determinant coefficient of the correlation is r2 = 0.386. Job satisfaction contributed to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of 38.6%. The results of this study, according to the hypothesis with the results of research in the field.
