Hubungan antara Beban Kerja dengan Stres Kerja pada Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan

Abstract

This research aims to look at the relationship between Workload with the Stress of Work at the employee’s of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. The hypothesis put forward there is a positive relationship between Workload with the Stress of Work on employees in the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan. Population in this study amounted to 680 peoples. The sample used amounted to 40 peoples. Sample data retrieval techniques is using Purposive Sampling. Method of data collection is the Workload scale and scale of Work Stress. Data analysis use analysis of Product Moment. Research results 1. There is a significant relationship between Workload and the Stress of Work. It is shown from the coefficient rxy= 0,446; p = 0,001 < 0,050 which means that the higher Workload then the higher the Stress of Work. Based on the results of this research, then the hypothesis posed was declared admissible. 2. There is a donation Workload themselves against Stress Work of 19,8 %. From these results it is known that there is still a 80,2% there are other factors which are not examined in this researcher. Others known factors of work stress such as the physical environment, individuals groups, and the economy. It can be said that the subject of this research employees in the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan have the Stress Field work belongs to high and have Workload which belongs to high.
