dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan displin kerja pada karyawan outsourcing PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang karyawan dan peneliti. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan outsourcing. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan yang positif antara motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja dilihat dari koefisien linieritas rxy 0,632 dengan P linierity 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil lain yang diperoleh dari motivasi kerja yang tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata empirik sebesar 81,02 lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik yaitu sebesar 72,5 sedangkan disiplin kerja yang tergolong tinggi diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata empirik sebesar 90,98. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and work discipline in outsourcing employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Selatan. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study were 80 employees and researchers. The subject of this research is all employees outsourcing. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and employee work discipline The data analysis technique used in this study is the product moment correlation analysis technique. The results of the analysis note that there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and work discipline as seen from the linearity coefficient rxy 0,632 with P linearity 0,000 < 0.05. Other results obtained from high level of work motivation with an empirical average value of 81.02 are greater than the hypothetical average value of 72.5 while work discipline that is classified as high is obtained from an average empirical value of 90.98 . Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, the hypothesis proposed was accepted. | en_US |
