Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Trimitra Karya Prima Jaya Mandiri Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Teamwork and Commitment on Employee Performance of PT. Trimitra Karya Prima Jaya Mandiri". This type of research is associative, namely a study that is asking about the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were employees at PT. Trimitra Karya Prima Jaya Mandiri 35 employees. And by using saturated sample techniques, the number of samples in this study were 35 respondents taken from employees. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that t counts on the teamwork variable of 5.242 is greater than t table of 1.689 with the probability of t namely sig 0,000 smaller than the significance limit of 0.05. Based on these values, the team collaboration variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. In the commitment variable of 3.797 is greater than t table of 1.689 with probability t that is sig 0,000 smaller than the significance limit of 0.05, then the commitment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F value is 47.727> 3.27 with sig 0.000 <50.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that teamwork and commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance variable. The value of R Square obtained is 0.733. To see the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable by calculating the coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, KD is obtained by 60.4%. This figure shows that 73.3% of performance (dependent variable) can be explained by teamwork and commitment. The remaining 26.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
