dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kinerja pada karyawan bagian umum PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 165 orang karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 62 orang. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kinerja. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kinerja (rxy 0,458 dengan P linierity 0,000 < 0,05). Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa skor lingkungan kerja non fisik tergolong tinggi dengan nilai (rata-rata empirik sebesar 131,16 lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik yaitu sebesar 110), sedangkan kineja karyawan diketahui tergolong sangat baik (nilai rata-rata empirik sebesar 90,2). Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between the non-physical work environment with the performance of employees in the general section of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The study population was 165 employees and the sample used was 62 people. The research method is a correllational quantitative method. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between the non-physical work environment and performance. Research data were analyzed using Pearson product moment test. The results of data analysis note that there is a significant positive relationship between non-physical work environment and performance (rxy0,458 with P linearity 0,000 <0.05). Furthermore it is known that the non-physical work environment scores are high with a value (empirical average of 131.16 is greater than the hypothetical average value of 110), while employee performance is known to be classified as very good (empirical average value of 90, 2). From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis was accepted.en_US
