dc.descriptionPenelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendapatkan data secara empiris mengenai hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Sejalan dengan landasan teori, maka diajukan hipotesa yang berbunyi ada hubungan positif antar budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Dimana semakin tinggi budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja. Sebaliknya semakin rendah budaya organisasi maka semakin rendah pula kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 62 karyawan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen skala likert untuk skala budaya organisasi dan dokumentasi kinerja karyawan. Skala budaya organisasi disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek budaya organisasi yang telah ada di perusahaan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan yaitu : Proactivity, Excellence, Team Work, Innovation, dan Responbility. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil terdapat hubungan positif antara buday organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi, dimana rxy = 0,430, p = 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) penelitian dengan nilai sebesar 0,185. Dapat diartikan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 18,5%. Dari hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik diperoleh budaya organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi dan kinerja berada pada kategori sangat baik.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research is a quantitative study that aims to test and obtain empirical data about the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. In line with the theoretical foundation, a hypothesis is proposed that says there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. Where the higher the organizational culture, the higher the performance. Conversely the lower the organizational culture, the lower the performance of employees. This study involved 62 employees with simple random sampling technique. This study uses a Likert scale instrument for the scale of organizational culture and employee performance documentation. The scale of organizational culture is based on aspects of organizational culture that already exist in the company PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, namely: Proactivity, Excellence, Team Work, Innovation, and Responsibility. Based on data analysis, the results show there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient, where rxy = 0,430, p = 0,000 < 0,05, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (r2) research with a value of 0.185. Can be interpreted that organizational culture variables affect employee performance by 18.5%. From the calculation of hypothetical mean and empirical mean, it is obtained that organizational culture is in the high category and the performance is in the very good category.en_US
