Abstract: | Career development is a process of work improvement where an employee who already has the qualifications and experience in an organization can be promoted or promoted so that job satisfaction can be achieved which encourages improvement in his personal achievement and development. Employee loyalty is loyalty, willingness, dedication, willingness to sacrifice and prioritizes the interests of the company rather than the interests of the individual. The research aims to look at the relationship between career development and employee loyalty in outsourcing employees, the scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Where the subjects in this study were outsourced employees of PT Tirta Investama Medan. And the data analysis method used in this research is the product moment correlation technique, the following results can be obtained: There is a significant positive relationship between career development and employee loyalty in the outsourcing section of PT Tirta Investama Medan. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.675; P = 0.695 > 0.05, that career development contributed to employee loyalty by 45.5 %. From these results it is known that there are still 54.5 % of other factors of employee loyalty that are not explained and not seen in this study, that employees, have a relatively good career development (Empirical Mean = 78.59 > Hypothetical Mean = 72, 5, where the difference between the two means exceeds SD = 6,091) and employee loyalty is high (empirical mean = 147.96 > Hypothetical mean = 145 where the second difference means the number exceeds SD = 19,462) from the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted. |
Description: | Pengembangan karir adalah proses peningkatan kerja dimana seorang pegawai yang sudah memiliki kualifikasi dan pengalaman pada suatu orgnisasi dapat naik pangkat atau jabatan sehingga dapat tercapai kepuasan kerja yang mendorong peningkatan prestasi dan perkembangan pribadinya. Loyalitas karyawan adalah kesetiaan, kesediaan, pengabdian, rela berkorban serta lebih mengutamakan kepentingan perusahaan dari pada kepentingan individu tersebut. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pengembangan karir dan loyalitas karyawan pada karyawan outsourcing, skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan outsourcing PT Tirta Investama Medan. Dan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi product moment, maka dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Terdapat adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengembangan karir dan loyalitas karyawan bagian outsourcing PT Tirta Investama Medan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,675 ; P = 0,695 > 0,05, bahwa pengembangan karir berkontribusi terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 45,5 %. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 54,5 % dari factor lain dari loyalitas karyawan yang tidak dijelaskan dan tidak terlihat dalam penelitian ini, bahwa para karyawan, memiliki pengembangan karir yang tergolong baik (Mean empirik = 78,59 > Mean hipotetik = 72,5, dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 6,091) dan loyalitas karyawan tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 147,96 > Mean hipotetik = 145 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 19,462) dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. |
