Abstract: | This study aims to determine and describe the factors that influence work stress in the Arhanud 11 / WBY Battalion. The sample in this study is 110 members of the battalion. The sampling used a technique of purposive sampling. The work stress scale is revealed on a set of work stress factors, namely: extra organizational stressors, group stressors, individual stressors, workload, career development, relationship at work and physical environment stressors. Based on the results of the analysis of these work stress factors, it was found that the extra organizational stressor factor contributes 0.536 to work stress; the group stressor factor contributes 0.503; the individual stressor factor contributes 0.850 to work stress; the workload factor contributes 0.894; the career development factor contributes 0.663; the relationship at work factor contributes 0.871 and the physical environment stressor factor contributes 0.684 to work stress. The percentage of these results shows that the highest factors affecting work stress are: the workload by 18%, relationship in work by 17 %, the individual stressor by 17 %, the physical environment stressor by 14 %, career development by 13 %, the extra organizational stressor by 11 %, and the group stressors by 10 %. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja di Batalyon Arhanud 11/ WBY. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 110 Anggota. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Skala stres kerja diungkap berdasarkan faktor-faktor stres kerja, yaitu: Extra Organizational stressor, Group stressors, Individual Stressor, Beban Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Hubungan dalam Pekerjaan, Stres Lingkungan Fisik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Faktor-faktor stres kerja diperoleh bahwa faktor extra organizational stressor memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,536, Faktor group stressor memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,503, Faktor individual stressor memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,850, Faktor Beban Kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,894, Faktor pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,663, Faktor Hubungan dalam pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,871, faktor stres lingkungan fisik memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0,684. Dan untuk hasil persentasi diperoleh bahwa faktor tertinggi yang mempengaruhi stres kerja adalah : Beban Kerja sebesar 18%, hubungan dalam pekerjaan sebesar 17%, individual stressor sebesar 17%, stres lingkungan fisik sebesar 14 %, pengembangan karir sebesar 13%, extra organizational stressor sebesar 11%, dan group stressors sebesar 10%. |
